Iron Fountain Terms of Service Version and effective date: 2026-09-12 Operator: Green Mango Systems, Inc. 1. Who provides Iron Fountain and who can agree Green Mango Systems, Inc. operates Iron Fountain (“Iron Fountain,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms govern the website importer, previews, hosting, dashboard, and API. By checking the agreement box or submitting an explicit acceptance through our API, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If acting for a client, employer, or other organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization; “you” includes that organization. 2. Your authority and content rights Before every import, you confirm that you own the source website or have its owner’s authorization to import it. For all content you submit, import, or publish, you must be the copyright holder, an authorized representative, or a licensee with every permission needed for the uses you request. This applies to text, photographs, illustrations, designs, templates, fonts, audio, video, software, and other assets, including assets fetched from third parties. You promise that you have obtained and will maintain the necessary licenses, releases, consents, and permissions, and that your instructions and our performance of them will respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, and other applicable rights. Preserve required attribution, copyright notices, and license conditions. Public availability, possession of a URL, payment for a website, or control of its domain does not by itself establish rights to every asset. Only request content you are authorized to copy and host. Do not bypass authentication, paywalls, access restrictions, or other protective measures. If your permission ends or you discover unauthorized content, stop using it and promptly remove it or ask us to disable it. We may request evidence of your authority. 3. Permission to operate the hosting service You and your licensors retain your content rights. You grant Iron Fountain a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to retrieve, reproduce, store, cache, transmit, and display your content, and to make technical adaptations such as rewriting links, compressing files, and creating previews and revisions. This permission is limited to providing, maintaining, securing, and supporting the service you request. We may pass those necessary permissions to infrastructure and service providers acting for us, including bunny.net. The license lasts while we hold the content for those purposes. After removal, it continues only as needed to expire caches, complete normal deletion and backup cycles, or satisfy legal preservation duties. Except for the customer name and logo permission below, this agreement does not grant general rights to sell your content, use it in advertising, or train general-purpose AI models on it. When you publish a site on Iron Fountain, you give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the public name and logo associated with that site or its organization to identify it as a Iron Fountain customer in customer lists, our website, social posts, and other marketing materials. You confirm you have authority to grant this permission. We will use these marks accurately, follow reasonable brand guidelines you provide, and not imply endorsement of unrelated products. This permission does not cover private account details or an unclaimed preview. You may withdraw it by emailing complaints@ironfountain.net; we will stop new uses and remove the name and logo from marketing materials we control within 30 days. Ending your hosting also ends permission for new marketing uses. 4. Imports and public previews Starting an import instructs us to follow redirects and retrieve the source pages and linked assets within the displayed limits. An import may be incomplete or change how a site behaves. Static checks cannot establish ownership, guarantee compatibility, or verify every interactive feature. Test your copy and review findings before publishing or changing DNS. A staging address is publicly reachable by anyone who obtains it. Search-engine noindex instructions are not access control and do not guarantee secrecy. Only import content suitable for public display. Forms and some network behavior are restricted in staging; preview behavior may differ from the original site or a published copy. 5. Organizations, editors, and automated tools Use accurate account information, protect your credentials, and give each person their own login. Organization owners control memberships and authorized site transfers. You are responsible for the editors and tools you authorize, including their uploads, imports, publication, domain settings, and API use. Revoke access when it is no longer appropriate. An API request that confirms rights or accepts Terms must be sent on the instructions of a person with the necessary authority. A tool or AI assistant does not establish that authority on its own. Review automated changes and keep independent copies; revision history cannot guarantee recovery of every change. 6. Acceptable use and service limits Do not use Iron Fountain for unlawful or infringing content, phishing, fraud, malware, exploitation, unlawful harassment, or unauthorized disclosure of private information. Do not attack systems, interfere with other sites, evade limits or suspensions, or use the importer to copy websites without permission. Do not upload passwords, private keys, or confidential information into publicly hosted files. Storage, page, file, transfer, concurrency, and retention limits shown in the service apply. We may limit or pause work that exceeds them. Repeated requests or new accounts must not be used to bypass those limits. 7. Revisions, expiry, and backups Temporary preview addresses expire 48 hours after the import starts. Unclaimed temporary sites and their copied files are then deleted by automatic cleanup. Saving a site to an organization does not extend its preview address; saved revisions remain subject to normal history retention. Published content and retained revisions follow the retention settings and storage allowances shown in the app. Expired previews, old revisions, and unreferenced files may be permanently deleted. Keep your own backups and your original host available through a migration. You can request removal or account closure using the contact below. Copies already downloaded by visitors and third-party caches may remain outside our control. 8. Domains and third-party services You must be authorized to use any domain you connect. Domain verification is separate from content-rights verification. You are responsible for registrar and DNS access and for following the connection instructions. Certificate issuance, DNS propagation, networks, and infrastructure depend on other providers and may be delayed or interrupted. Third-party embeds, forms, scripts, and services can have their own terms, licenses, charges, and privacy practices. You are responsible for ensuring your use remains permitted after migration. 9. Dogfood access and future paid plans Iron Fountain is currently an early dogfood service. No payment is collected merely for starting a test or using the current dogfood flow. Any future paid plan will show its price, allowances, billing interval, renewal, and cancellation terms before you choose it. A pricing estimate is not a commitment to provide a particular future plan, and a free test does not authorize a future charge. 10. Service data and agreement records We process account details, website files and URLs, operational records, and information needed to run, secure, and support Iron Fountain. For import permission, we record the source URL, server timestamp, Terms version and document fingerprint, the declaration accepted, and the account or browser identifier associated with the request. A hashed network identifier helps enforce test limits. Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service. We may retain agreement and security records beyond preview expiry when reasonably needed for disputes, abuse prevention, or legal obligations. You are responsible for necessary notices and permissions for personal information included in your site. Contact us with privacy or deletion requests. 11. Copyright complaints and disputed content Send copyright or other rights complaints to complaints@ironfountain.net. Identify the protected work, the precise Iron Fountain URLs or material at issue, your contact details, and your authority to act. Include your signature, a statement explaining your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and confirmation that the information is accurate. Where submitting a statutory copyright notice, include the declarations and other information required by the applicable law. We may remove or restrict disputed content, request supporting information, and notify the affected customer as permitted by law. We handle applicable notices, counter-notices, and requests to review a restriction under the relevant legal process. Our policy is to terminate access for repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. Deliberately false rights declarations or complaints can lead to restrictions and legal consequences. 12. Suspension and ending the service We may restrict content or access for a material Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, or misuse of the service. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us for review; urgent action may come first. We may change or end experimental dogfood features and will give reasonable notice where practicable. You may stop using the service at any time and request closure or removal through the contact below. 13. Availability and warranties To the extent permitted by law, the dogfood service is supplied in its current condition and subject to availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a complete or legally cleared import, error-free automated changes, or permanent storage. Any implied guarantees of suitability, merchantability, or noninfringement are excluded only where the law permits. Your mandatory statutory rights remain in effect. 14. Liability and business content claims Where legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business opportunities, or data. Our total liability arising from the service or these Terms is limited to the larger of US $100 or the fees you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you use Iron Fountain for business, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to cover reasonable losses and defense costs from third-party claims caused by your unauthorized content or material breach of the rights promises in these Terms. This does not cover loss caused by our own wrongful conduct. We will give prompt notice and reasonable cooperation and will not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent. 15. California law, updates, and contact California law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought in courts with appropriate jurisdiction in California, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us first to try to resolve a concern where feasible. We publish dated Terms versions and preserve the version associated with your acceptance. Material changes will be identified in the service, and new imports require the current version to be affirmatively accepted. Changes do not retroactively alter an earlier declaration. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Operator: Green Mango Systems, Inc..
